Yes. Local pickup is available in Victoria, British Columbia by appointment during designated pickup windows. Select 'Pick Up' during check out. You'll receive an email from hello@getjoni.com to arrange a pick up time. Pick up times are usually M,W,F from 10am - 2pm.

What's the difference between joni dispensers and the ones we've seen around forever?
Period care dispensers and the products they use haven't changed much in the last 30 years—until now. Our commercial wall vending machine dispenses both pads and tampons free of charge (aka "freevend").
Battery operated, our Model V features a timed delay to reduce overuse and software for easy inventory tracking. For smaller washrooms, our Model A is a smaller open dispenser that can be wall-mounted or sit on a countertop. Both options feature a modern design to complement any washroom interior.

There are many reasons why period products are inaccessible, from poverty to social stigmas. At joni, we believe access to safe menstrual care is a human right. That's why at least 2% of all our revenues support period equity initiatives.

We actively collaborate with local NGOs, schools, and shelters in communities across Canada in our mission to make period equity possible and fight period poverty.
Since we launched in 2020, we have donated over a million pads and supported over 71,000 periods through organizations that include The Period Purse, Period Packs, Mamas for Mamas, United Way, Moontime Sisters BC, Food Banks Canada,TwelveDonations and many other non-profits across Canada. Giving back to our communities is baked into our business model. We are formally committed to donate the equivalent of 2% of revenues or more to charitable partners each year (including in kind product donations).
