The period care partner for organizations raising the standard.
Period care hasn't changed much in the last 30 years. Plastic-heavy products, chemical additives, outdated dispensers, and a culture of silence around something nearly a third of the population experiences every month. Not to mention people leaving work, class, or their shift to find something that works. That's not just an inconvenience. It's a gap in equity, sustainability, and operational planning that most facilities have simply inherited rather than chosen.
We built joni to close that gap. As a women-led, B Corp-certified company, we design period care and smart dispensing systems that meet the moment: good-for-you products, low-waste, easy to manage, and available to every menstruating employee, student, or visitor who needs it — no compromise required.
Nearly a third of the population menstruates. New Canadian labour codes now require federally regulated workplaces to stock period products in all washrooms.
But beyond compliance, it's good business: equitable, well-stocked facilities are simply better facilities.
Products built to challenge the status quo.
We design organic bamboo-derived pads, organic cotton tampons, period underwear, incontinence care, and smart dispensing systems — independently tested for toxins, and engineered to actually perform.
It's the same standard of care whether joni shows up in someone's bathroom at home or in a washroom down the hall at work.

Success and social responsibility aren't mutually exclusive.
With every purchase, joni donates at least 2% of revenue to non-profit partners across North America, funding product donations, education, and menstrual equity research. This isn't a marketing add-on; it's part of our business model, and it's verified by an independent third party as part of our B Corp certification.
